Sharon has over 15 years experience developing and implementing life skills projects for people with disabilities in South Africa and Australia. As a result of her extensive knowledge in this arena she has advised and trained a number of South Africa’s top corporates on issues surrounding Disability in the work place. Now a partner at Progression, a total disability solutions provider, Sharon consults on disability strategy development, the alignment of policy and procedure and disability education programmes that include various workshops aimed at the equipping company with the tools required to implement effective disability strategies that not only have an impact on the companies scorecard but the overall culture within the organisation.
